This release brings together two exceptional coffees — Mariana Flores from Ecuador (anaerobic washed, Sidra) and Finca Las Hortensias from Nicaragua (anaerobic natural, Marsellesa).

In the cup you get the kind of complexity that makes you stop mid-sip. Two origins, two processes, one seriously good filter blend.

Is this only for filter?

Yes. Wander is roasted specifically for filter brewing so you get sweetness, clarity and a clean finish. V60, Kalita, batch brew, Aeropress or even a gentle plunger — that is where it really shines.

What does anaerobic mean and should I care?

Anaerobic means the coffee cherries are fermented in a sealed, oxygen-free environment before processing. It adds complexity, depth and a distinctly vibrant character to the cup. You don't need to care about the science — you just need to taste it.

How does it taste?

Two anaerobic processes — one washed from Ecuador, one natural from Nicaragua — bring different things to the cup. The Sidra adds structure and clarity. The Marsellesa brings body and fruit. Together they're lively, layered and surprisingly easy to drink every single day.

Roasted and dispatched all week.

We roast five days a week and dispatch orders daily, so your Wander spends more time on your bench than in our warehouse. Every bag is stamped with the roast date so you know exactly how fresh it is.

We can grind it for you.

No grinder at home? No problem. Choose a filter grind at checkout and we'll grind Wander to suit pour over, batch or Aeropress on our commercial grinder. Plunger works too.

Will it be too "specialty" or weird?

Wander sits on the more adventurous end — that's kind of the point. But it's still Fox at heart. No harsh acidity, no wild funky ferment. Just a vibrant, well-crafted filter coffee that rewards the curious without punishing the everyday drinker.

Limited seasonal release.

Wander changes through the year as we source new harvests and origins. This Ecuador and Nicaragua edition won't be around forever, if it sounds like your kind of cup, don't sit on it.
