A crisp shortcrust base, filled with smooth vanilla custard and topped with ripe, red strawberries—finished with a white chocolate plaque that says it all: “I ❤️ Mum.”

Heart-shaped and made to share, each tart serves 6–8. Just keep it chilled until you're ready to wow.
