Three Brazilian lots, two processing methods, and one unapologetically rich espresso built for cold starts and slow mornings.

We've stacked an anaerobic natural from Espiago with two lots from the legendary Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama — one anaerobic natural, one classic natural — then roasted them together for espresso so you get depth, sweetness and dark fruit in every shot.

From Espiago you get the intensity. Anaerobic processing amplifies the natural fruit character of the bean — sealed, fermented, controlled. The result is wild berry, dark chocolate and a sweetness that lingers.

From Cachoeira you get the soul. Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama has been in the same family since 1890. Over 130 years on the same land in Minas Gerais. Lot 147 brings the body and stone fruit. Lot 133 brings the malt, the balance, and classic Brazilian structure that holds the whole blend together.

Flavour notes

Malt chocolate. Cherry nougat. Dark berries.

Think rich, indulgent and deeply satisfying — with enough fruit character to keep every sip interesting, but never losing its balance.

How it drinks

As straight espresso you will get a full-bodied, chocolatey shot with dark berry and a long, sweet finish.

In milk you can expect malt chocolate, cherry sweetness and a rich, velvety texture. It holds beautifully in flat whites and long blacks, and makes a very serious winter latte.

Roasted and dispatched all week

We roast five days a week and dispatch orders daily, so your Gather Winter spends more time on your bench than in our warehouse. Every bag is stamped with the roast date so you can see exactly how fresh it is.

We can grind it for you

No grinder at home? No problem. Choose espresso grind at checkout and we will grind to suit home machines and stovetops on our commercial grinder. Running longer shots in the cold? The same grind will still play nicely.
